Having the right people to drive a nonprofit’s sustainability is critical for nonprofit leadership. Nonprofits are fortunate in that they can leverage talent from staff, volunteers, boards and even their partners to sustain their resource engine. Nonprofit organizations that are considering expanding their organization, or shifting their business model need to match those talent resources to drive organizational change. 

In this workshop Sheila Bravo and Paul Stock will take participants through a series of considerations and tools to help nonprofit boards and leadership clarify and map their resource engine for sustainability with their talent resources. 

Learning outcomes, Participants will gain insights on: 

  • How to identify and quantify resources 
  • Mapping their resource engine for today (or if it is changing - for tomorrow)
  • Assessing existing talent skill sets needed to drive the future resource engine
  • Considerations on developing or recruiting talent to meet the changes needed to sustain the resource engine
