Event Details

Burnout. It’s not something the nonprofit sector discusses. But it’s something that many executives have experienced. This workshop is for executives who need to be re-energized or nonprofit board members who want to ensure optimal outcomes for its board. Participants will gain a better understanding of burnout, signs and symptoms, and how the relationship with the board can affect interpersonal dynamics. By the workshop’s end, participants will have a plan to reduce or avoid burnout.
