Ms. Hawkins is an expert in audience engagement and believes that an engaged audience will undeniably impact your bottom-line.

Recently, Schlonn assumed the role as director of Delaware’s Campaign for Grade-Level Reading, Get Delaware Reading. As the director, she is responsible for driving collective impact that will ensure more children in low-income families are reading on grade-level to achieve educational success ultimately. Ms. Hawkins oversaw the education of the organization’s brand to Executive management and staff in addition to her managerial responsibilities in communication efforts for the agency. The active mentor and volunteer in her community, she served as an essential component of the Institutional Advancement team leading the organization in the strategic partnership of marketing and development. Her expertise has carried over from previous opportunities in Public Relations with significant non-profits throughout the Tri-State area.

In her spare time, Schlonn serves on several Boards throughout the community. She also is a certified Musical Theatre professional (graduate of AMDA--New York, NY) and uses her training as an instructor at a local dance studio.
