The pandemic has disrupted nonprofits' operations and created a climate of uncertainty. How can organizational leaders plan for financial health amid these challenges? That is the essence of this program, which will lay out a framework for navigating through financial uncertainty, building a strategy for financial health and resilience, and leading a process to build alignment within your organization. We will define financial health and five key metrics for monitoring performance. We'll discuss the art of financial storytelling, examine the elements of the nonprofit business model and look at scenarios for responding to the current circumstances. With plenty of opportunities for group discussion. This is a non-technical program for senior nonprofit leaders.
