The pandemic has disrupted nonprofits' operations and created a climate of uncertainty. How can organizational leaders plan for financial health amid these challenges? That is the essence of this program, which will lay out a framework for navigating through financial uncertainty, building a strategy for financial health and resilience, and leading a process to build alignment within your organization.
