About
I am driven by a strong sense of purpose to contribute to positive change and create opportunities to advocate for and empower those who need it most. I have 20+ years experience working in the non-profit sector in donor relations, special events, and data management. I love travel, live music, and rooting for Philadelphia sports teams.
A few accomplishments of which I am particularly proud:
- Led a comprehensive SWOT Analysis of the stewardship program at Saint Joseph’s University and provided critical insights to increase donor retention in support of their $300 million capital fundraising campaign;
- Served as primary relationship manager for several foundations, resulting in over $1M in scholarships annually;
- Implemented a stewardship plan that helped Drexel University raise over $1 million from more than 7,000 donors in a 24-hour period by its seventh annual “24 Hours of Impact” (a "day of giving" program that won multiple CASE awards and a Pepper Pot);
- Organized successful outreach programs and coordinated special events that have effectively influenced constituent engagement and furthered organizational goals.
