The mission of ServiceSource is to facilitate services and partnerships that support people with disabilities, their families, their caregivers and community members in order to build more inclusive communities.

 Founded as the Opportunity Center Inc. (OCI) in 1957 to expand employment opportunities for people with disabilities in Delaware, over the years ServiceSource has worked with thousands of Delawareans to obtain gainful community employment. In 2004, OCI affiliated with ServiceSource, a national nonprofit service provider and assumed the dba of ServiceSource Delaware.
