Our mission is to strengthen Delaware through community-based philanthropy, and we are looking for a Director of Communications & Marketing who shares our passion and commitment.

Opportunity: The DCF seeks an accounting professional to assist with processing of grants, accounts payable, and donations. This individual is also responsible for supporting members of the finance team. The position reports directly to the vice president for finance and administration.

Skills and Competencies:

· Experience working in an office setting

· Ability to exercise tact, patience, and confidentiality in communications.

· Ability to organize materials, files and data, coordinate and manage many activities concurrently with an attention to detail.

· Time management skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary range depends on experience and education: $44,612 - $50,000. Benefits include no-cost coverage for employees for health; 100% employer-paid premium for vision and dental insurance; option to add additional family members at a low cost; 403B retirement contribution with 100% vesting on day1; employer-paid short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, 9 core holidays plus 4 floating holidays; generous paid time off.
