The successful candidate will join a specialized team focused on Strategic internal business transformation & project delivery. They will be responsible for end-to-end management of business analysis, execution of change management initiatives & project governance, consistent with the business strategy and principals.
The Controller is responsible for the accounting operations of the Council including the preparation of periodic financial statements, managing annual audit, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). The position is also responsible for financial operations (AP, AR, and Payroll).
Employer Navigator will work with Wilmington Alliance’s Second Chance Employment Collaborative to support its goals of connecting justice-involved individuals with stable career pathways in high-growth sectors. The Employer Navigator will serve as a liaison between organizations supporting job seekers and employers to facilitate a successful transition to work for justice-involved Delawareans.
The Marketing and Communications Specialist will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and CEO to help develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications plan that offers insights into the quality of JFS’ programs and services to attract new clients, referrals, and donors. This position also provides ongoing communications and coordination support to JFS’ Community Engagement department and CEO, as requested.
