Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:
You’ll strategize, manage, and execute campaigns across various channels like email, social media, and search. You’ll collaborate closely with our team and clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta and LinkedIn paid social ads and boosted posts, Google Search, Google Display, and other digital ad spend campaigns.
- Research competitors, analyze data, and recommend impactful strategies for client campaigns.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, automations, and campaign sends.
- Learn, maintain, and troubleshoot multiple Email Service Providers and Content Management Systems as needed.
- Monitor and iterate on paid advertising campaigns (search and social) to maximize results.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, using data to continuously improve.
- Create monthly analytics reports to report on campaign performance, providing recommendations and strategic insight on campaign health.
- Communicate effectively with clients, manage monthly check-in meetings, and report on progress.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and suggest innovative approaches to client marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to project planning, timelines, and content calendars.
- Seek professional development opportunities, including acquiring and maintaining relevant industry certifications.
- Perform other functions and duties as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing technology. Agency experience is a bonus.
- Strong skills in email, managing paid search and social campaigns. Hands-on understanding of tracking, reporting, and performance measurement is required.
- Experience with social media marketing (both paid and organic).
- Proficient in SEO and SEM practices and tools (SEMRush, Moz, etc.)
- Experience with Google Looker Studio (Previously Data Studio) and/or Supermetrics.
- Proficiency in using CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Ability to analyze analytics data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Comfortable working directly with clients, including phone calls and in-person meetings.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly collaborative, respectful, and has a positive attitude.
- Demonstrates personal ownership and accountability.
- Exceptional reading and writing skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into simple messages.
- Has a car and valid driver’s license, willing to drive to meet clients at their location when needed.
- Bonus points for experience with client management, design skills, and relevant digital marketing certifications.

You’ll Get:
- Compensation range is $55-75k and based on skills and experience.
- 4 weeks paid vacation, 2 weeks paid sick time, and paid holidays.

Physical Demands:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
