Position Details

Part-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Flexible within program needs)
Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour

What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you will:

• Teach and mentor individuals with disabilities
• Support skill-building and personal growth
• Participate in fun and engaging community activities
• Encourage independence and confidence
• Build meaningful, lasting relationships

What We’re Looking For

• A caring, patient, and dependable individual
• At least one year of experience working with people with disabilities
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead or speak in front of small groups
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Team-oriented mindset

All necessary training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Valid Driver’s License (or ability to obtain one)
• Clean driving record (no more than two moving violations)
• Ability to pass required background and registry checks
