📍 Location: Remote position based in the Wilmington or Dover metro area with limited travel.
💼 Compensation: $100,000 - $105,000/year + a competitive benefits package, including:

About BIAA:
As the nation's oldest and largest brain injury advocacy organization, we work tirelessly to improve the quality of life for individuals and families affected by brain injury. Through awareness, research, prevention, and support, we strive to bring hope and healing to communities nationwide.

Your Role as Executive Director:

• Oversee and guide our operations across Delaware.
• Build strategic relationships and implement innovative business plans to drive growth.
• Lead state-level advocacy efforts, promote our programs, and achieve annual revenue goals.
• Collaborate with volunteers, stakeholders, and senior management to empower our mission.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of nonprofit experience in relationship management, programs, community development, or fundraising.
• Proven leadership skills and a knack for creating and executing effective strategies.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.

Standard Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (occasional evenings/weekends).
