Covenant Community Services is a new non-profit established to assume the management of the building that formerly housed The Presbyterian Church of the Covenant. Established in 2024, CCS was created to continue the community work that had been a hallmark of PCOC. Current programs include a preschool, an after-school program, four Scout Troops, one cub Scout Den, Greater Works Ministry, and multiple music/choral groups including but not limited to: Rainbow Chorale, True North Chorus, Wilmington Classical Guitar, Wilmington Concert Opera and others.

Working under the auspices of the Board of Directors, responsibilities include managing and expanding existing programs, building management, development of new programs/funding sources, and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

For consideration applicants must have a Bachelors degree, management experience, leadership skills, ability to communicate across all levels of an organization, fiscal management and budgeting. Experience in fundraising and grant writing is plus.
