The Executive Director is responsible for leading CAMP Rehoboth toward achieving its mission while ensuring effective and sustainable operations.  The ED implements the strategic plan of CAMP Rehoboth and other policies of the Board of Directors to support the organization's mission and goals while leading the organization's fundraising, administration, facilities management, advocacy and program oversight.  In partnership with the Board, the ED supports Board development and strategic planning and is responsible for achieving annual and long-term fundraising goals.  The ED is responsible for providing internal leadership and overseeing all aspects of the organization's staffing function, including key volunteers who staff programs.    The ED also represents the organization to external constituencies, including funders, donors, elected officials, and the general public.
