When the world shifts, nonprofit boards must do more than hold steady — they must lead with confidence. Whether it’s sudden changes in funding, new policy landscapes, or unexpected community needs, boards play a vital role in steering organizations through uncertainty.
In this one-hour virtual session, DANA President & CEO Sheila Bravo will help nonprofit leaders and board directors explore how to adapt quickly and effectively when external forces disrupt mission and finances. Participants will learn how to ask the right questions that unlock new insights, spark innovative thinking, and reframe priorities so their boards can guide organizations with clarity, resilience, and purpose. You’ll leave with practical strategies that prepare your board to not just survive change — but to lead boldly through it.
