Specifically\, this program will explore the following topics: Building a thriving executive director/board chair partnership. Developing your most valuable asset the board. Driving values with vision. Creating a culture of authentic board engagement. Crafting strategies for leading change together. Future-proofing your leadership.Program elements: Full-day in-person session in New Castle County on August 14. Two two-hour virtual sessions on September 4 and September 25.
