If your relationship with potential funders focuses only on the grant application, you are missing a powerful advantage for securing funds and sustaining your programs: A culture of diversity, equality and inclusion.

In this webinar you will learn how your keen awareness— and planning— can make all the difference in presenting not just the value of your program but personal and organizational values that resonate with funders. Grant professional, Scot Scala will explain how to use a hyper-focus on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) to improve the strength and duration of grant-funder relationships.

By the end of this one-hour workshop, you’ll learn:

  • What DEI means to grant making and the grant professional

  • How to communicate a DEI culture to grant funders

  • The role of grant professionals in grant-funder stewardship

  • How (and why) to stay hyper-focused on incorporating DEI into stewardship efforts

  • How to customize a relationship-building strategy for grant funders

  • Pitfalls in communicating DEI and how to avoid them

You will come away from this webinar with strategies you can put into practice immediately to make the difference in securing funds to sustain your organization and its programs.

All registrants will receive a recording and copy of the presentation slides after the workshop. Instrumentl is also offering every live attendee personalized grant recommendations for their nonprofit.
