Navigating Delaware Pathways: An Education and Workforce Development Summit

The Delaware State Chamber of Commerce’s, The Partnership, Inc. is thrilled to host our 2nd annual education and workforce development summit, formerly known as the Delaware Pathways Conference. Join us at the Navigating Delaware Pathways: An Education and Workforce Development Summit. This dynamic event continues to serve as a bridge where education meets opportunity, and collaborative efforts create pathways to success.

In partnership with the Delaware Department of Education, Department of Labor, Rodel, United Way of Delaware, Delaware Technical Community College, Delaware Workforce Development Board, the Office of Work Based Learning and Delaware SHRM this reimagined full-day immersive experience is designed to unite educators, higher education professionals, and employers in a comprehensive exploration of education and workforce development. Attendees will learn about Delaware Pathways and how they can get involved; engage in interactive cross-sector networking and will have access to content aimed at educating both educators and employers about the evolving landscape of workforce development with an emphasis on innovative strategies for talent acquisition, training, and retention.  

The day will also feature the Superstars in Education and Training awards luncheon, honoring exceptional workforce development programs in four categories: High School, Higher Education, and Independent Training and Certificate, and Corporate Training Programs.
