The Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition's Shining Light Awards is held annually to honor exceptional individuals and organizations who have made outstanding contributions to the fight against breast cancer in the Greater Delaware region. These awards celebrate those whose dedication, innovation, and advocacy have significantly advanced the cause, inspiring others to become champions in the effort to end breast cancer.

Twisted Irons Craft Brewing Company, founded in 2020 by Matt Found and Dave Markle, is being honored for its exceptional and heartfelt commitment to the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition (DBCC). Despite launching during a pandemic, Twisted Irons immediately prioritized community involvement. Their connection to the breast cancer community is deeply personal as both have friends and family who have battled the dreadful disease. This personal tie spurred their initiative to support the cause. Twisted Irons created "Pinipple NEIPA," a special beer that donates a dollar per pint sold directly to DBCC's public health programs.
