Who Should Attend 

Current fundraising staff, executive directors, and board members. 

Recording 

Registrants will receive the recording by email after the each session. If there are breakout rooms, they will not be included in the recording. If you can’t attend all of the sessions but you are interested in learning about this topic, please register and we will send you the recordings and materials. 

Accessibility 

Captioning: We will have automated captioning enabled. 

Interpretation: Please indicate during registration if you have an interpretation request. Typically, we need at least two weeks in order to schedule an interpreter. 

Visual Descriptions: Presenters will include visual descriptions of themselves and the slides to give a person who is low-vision, blind, or calling in without video a sense of space and place.

About the Speaker 

Jim Shapiro Jim Shapiro is the fundraising coach you’ve always wanted, the proven Sherpa who can help you get to the top of the mountain. Jim has 30 years’ experience raising money, including serving as the VP of Development for a global $100m nonprofit. He co-founded The Better Fundraising Co. to help small-to-medium nonprofits raise more money. Outside his fundraising work, he serves his community as a high school football coach and finds great joy in playing with his grandkids. Jim is married, and has three kids, three grandkids, and a dog named Jovi.
