The United Way of Delaware, Delaware Alliance for Nonprofit Advancement and the YMCA have partnered to offer Board Conversations: A Virtual Coffee and Conversation Series: 

These board conversations are designed to be intimate and specific to our sector. Facilitated by members of the boards of the host organizations, these informal and important conversation will allow participants to grapple with internal/external challenges among experienced senior leaders around how to advance DEI initiatives. We seek to cultivate DEI champions among nonprofit boards to significantly impact racial equity and justice in Delaware. This is a great opportunity to help advance Diversity, Equity & Inclusion among nonprofit and community-based organizations. As a reminder, it is for Board Leaders.
