Event Details

The Annual IMPACT Delaware Conference brings together the leadership of the nonprofit, philanthropic, government and business sectors for dynamic conversations around sustainability, and we invite your organization to support the event as a sponsor. In addition to the positive attention for your involvement, your valuable support of this event will help ensure the success of the event and present your company to an audience of diverse professionals.

At the 2024 IMPACT Delaware Conference, we will explore the foundational steps that nonprofit leaders and their teams should take today to ensure a vibrant and thriving nonprofit sector in the future. This includes defining our fundamental values to align with our organizations’ vision of a thriving community. We will also delve into strategic considerations regarding the selection, implementation, and adoption of technology to ensure future success. Additionally, we will examine how advocacy can play a pivotal role in innovating the contracting process for the future.
These questions and more will be addressed at the 2024 IMPACT Delaware Conference.

The event will feature keynote speaker, Kishshana Palmer, an international speaker, trainer, and coach with a 20+ year background in fundraising, marketing, and talent management. A keen strategist and driving force behind many wildly successful leadership initiatives, Kishshana has served as a fundraising consultant for dozens of nonprofits and organizations, raising more than $100 million dollars. Her foundational business skills include cultivating an internal talent pipeline, managing leadership and employee attrition, and meeting diversity goals.

She is also the founder of The Rooted Collaborative -- a global online community for nonwhite women in the social sector. She is the host of the podcast "Let's Take This Offline", an adjunct professor at Baruch College, a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), a BoardSource Certified Governance Trainer (CGT), A Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and an AFP Master Trainer. When an organization wants to grow, find, and retain people on their team, raise money, and more, she is the fairy godmother they have on speed dial.
