Event Details

On behalf of the DANA Board of Directors, nonprofit members in good standing are invited the DANA Annual Meeting of the members on July 13, 2022, at 2:00pm. This meeting will include the following:

  • Election results of Board Directors of DANA
  • DANA 2021 Financial Results
  • DANA's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Survey Report sponsored by Barclays
  • Updates on other DANA initiatives
  • Questions from Members for our Board/Staff

The Annual Meeting will be conducted via ZOOM, and registration is REQUIRED. The slate of DANA board nominees will be sent in advance to Executive Director or Board Chair with instructions for voting. A ZOOM link will be sent in the registration confirmation. Thank you for participating in our governance process and we hope you will join us for the meeting!
