Are you planning a virtual board meeting instead of in-person? How about having that meeting Virtually In-Person? With planning and preparation, there are ways for virtual meetings to feel more in-person. Using video technology, board and other team meetings can take place while participants stay in their own homes or offices. 

Demonstrating the use of the ZOOM video conference platform, facilitator Susan Detwiler will walk you through how to plan and execute a virtually in-person meeting, including preparing your participants, encouraging participation, accommodating participants without video, sharing your screen, and getting comfortable with the ins- and outs- of the technology.
