Furthermore, we will discuss the two pathways within the program: Catalyst and Booster. The Catalyst Pathway is designed for high-impact organizations with small-scale structures, providing back-office support, technical assistance, and leadership development. On the other hand, the Booster Pathway supports organizations with existing systems, offering coaching, planning, and leadership development support.
