For most nonprofits, the COVID-19 pandemic has created a technology shift in their organizations. In addition, delivering programs and services, communicating with supporters, volunteers, and donors, and holding events through digital platforms has become a necessity, that likely wasn’t planned for at the beginning of the year. This workshop provides practical steps you can (and should) take when planning and executing online engagement with those who care about your organization, but are also being bombarded with online noise.

Who Should Attend?:

ED/CEOs, Program Staff Participants will:

• Evaluate and define capacity, audience, goals, and staff roles
• Learn how to strike a good balance between online and offline actions around a campaign
• Brainstorm new pathways to success using digital communication • Discover the action steps needed to take a traditionally in-person event online • Hear case studies and stories about successful events that have pivoted online during the pandemic, including “must do” actions and lessons learned.
