COVID-19 has changed the environment in which we deliver services. It has exposed weakness in some program/service models, stretched capacity of others and identified different or new needs. This workshop is designed with framed questions to help you think beyond “the normal” and begin a journey to increased impact. 

Participants will learn:

• The driving forces of change in a COVID-19 world (the world, your customer, your organization) 

• Key components for innovation and radical thinking (participation by the “right” people, data, iterative work sessions, facilitator?)

• Mission and outcomes relevancy, and questions to identify changes which may impact your mission 

• About scenario planning at a macro level and micro level

About Wil Sherk 

Wil Sherk is a DANA consultant who has been advising social sector clients on strategy and structure since 2006. A former CFO he has developed and presented DANA programs to assist nonprofit boards achieve excellence in financial management and mission sustainability. In his volunteer work he was a board member of the Christiana Care Health System, chairing its Audit and Compliance Committee and the board of the Visiting Nurse Association. Since retiring from the board he has chaired an advisory council on community engagement. He is active in the Rotary Club of Wilmington and is expected to be its president in 2021.
