Event Details

A change in executive leadership presents both opportunity and risk in the life of any nonprofit organization. In this session, we will review the phases in an executive transition process and outline the policies and procedures that are needed to ensure an effective executive transition. 

As a result of this workshop, you will: 

  • Know the phases of the executive transition process 
  • Understand the dynamics of a change in executive leadership and how to better prepare for a leadership change 
  • Know the policies and procedures that need to be in place to help ensure a successful executive transition. 

A workshop on succession planning in a board of directors will be held March 15, 2022.
