Event Details

Nonprofits know their story is worth telling, but capturing it on video can feel out of reach without a video team or a budget for one.

This 90-minute session will give nonprofits and their staff a foundation for capturing impactful video, from planning the moments to capture, to editing the final cut. You'll learn how to plan, capture, and edit footage so every video works as hard as the story behind it.

What You'll Learn:

  • A simple production plan – A shot list framework that keeps your team organized on event day, so you capture the moments that matter most.
  • Equipment and settings – Practical gear basics (tripod, lights, mic) and phone camera settings you can use with what you already own.
  • An editing workflow you can implement today – How to organize your files, choose the right editing software, and seamlessly export a finished video ready to share.
