Introducing 2024 Kent Distinguished Citizens Tonda & Joe Parks

Together Joe & Tonda have worked hand in hand on many charitable projects including but not limited to the American Heart Association founding the Kent County Affair of the Heart Gala in 1986 that ran successfully for more than 25 years raising more than $2M. Most of their energy is centered on raising funds and awareness for the CenDel Foundation, an organization focused on increasing philanthropic giving in the Central Delaware region. They open their home and gardens for an annual event that has raised significant funds, friends, and significant awareness about the impact of charitable activities throughout the area.
