The League of Women Voters of Delaware presents League Days 2021, a series of web conferences on important legislative topics chosen by our Advocacy Corps portfolio chairs.

This session will be a panel discussion with three experts in the field: Willett Kempton, Professor in the College of Earth, Ocean, and Environment, and in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering, at the University of Delaware Kris Ohleth, Executive Director at Special Initiative on Offshore Wind Dr. David Bidwell, Associate Professor of Marine Affairs at the University of Rhode Island 

The discussion will be moderated by LWVNCC Vice President Richard Johnson.
