NAMI Family & Friends is a FREE 90 minute presentation on the best ways to support your loved one with a diagnosed mental health condition. It's led by trained NAMI Delaware staff & volunteers who have lived experiences as family members. 

It will discuss topics such as: understanding diagnoses, treatment and recovery, effective communication strategies, the importance of self-care, crisis preparation strategies, and NAMI and community resources.
